Au petit Som'

Welcome to "Petit Som", a pretty little rural gîte (3 ears of corn) for 4 to 6 people, perched on the heights of the village of Sommière.

Its location is ideal for visitors wishing to explore the curiosities of Haute-Meuse. The gîte is located halfway between the citadel of Dinant and the abbey of Maredsous (15 minutes by car, 35 minutes by bike).

Mélissa and Antoine welcome you to their cozy little nest adjoining the family home. The latter has been renovated to combine the charm of the old local stone building with the comfort of modern facilities (equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, Italian shower, etc.).

The place is equipped with a charging socket for electric cars fixed at the private parking lot (2 spaces). The small garden (also private) has a terrace and bicycle storage. You can leave your two-wheelers there in complete safety, recharge the batteries, carry out maintenance and cleaning!

A godsend, because the country of St-Walhère (part of the Onhaye region) is best known for its numerous walks and bike rides.
The castles of Crèvecoeur and Montaigle are located a stone's throw from the gîte. One, perched on the heights of the medieval village of Bouvignes, reveals a remarkable view of the Dinant valley. The other, more discreet but just as noble, is located at the confluence of the Molignée and the Flavion.
The neighboring village, Falaën, is one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. It is also the starting point for the handrails. If you don't let their unpronounceable name put you off, the villages of Weillen, Onhaye, Serville and Ostemerée are just as worth exploring!
In addition to walks, the ""ExploreMeuse"" Tourist Office in Dinant can offer you a multitude of activities to do in the surrounding area (off-road scooter rides, small boats, Pataphonie houses, Leffe Museum, etc.).
